We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — whether the 12-check pack or the unlimited monthly subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you. Paddle's Refund Policy applies to all orders.

Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel the unlimited subscription anytime from the Subscription page in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep unlimited access until the end of the month you've already paid for. Cancelling is separate from refunds: if you also want a refund for the current month, request it within 30 days of the charge as described above.

Check packs

The 12-check pack is a one-time purchase that never expires. Unused checks are refundable within the same 30-day window.
